API credits are the currency used to access DFIR Platform services. Each API operation consumes a specific number of credits based on its complexity. For example, a simple read costs 1 credit, while an AI-powered analysis costs 15 credits.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, credits purchased through top-up packages never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance is consumed.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
When your monthly credits are exhausted, API calls will return a rate-limit error. You can either purchase a top-up credit package for immediate use or upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance.
Yearly billing gives you approximately 20% off compared to monthly billing. You pay for the full year upfront and receive your monthly credit allocation each month throughout the year.
